More Photos of Fayth Jubilee

I have taken lots of pictures of my newest little sister this week so I am putting them all in one post for you to see.

I love those little hands.

Look at the smile. :)  So precious

Fayth's 1st day Home

Dad, Mom, Fayth and I all got home from the birthing center around 6:00 in the morning on April 3rd.  Our friends the Bass' kept all of my siblings and what a great blessing it was for mom to be able to get some rest after Fayth was born!  That evening they brought them back to meet their new little sister.
Elijah was pretty excited to meet his baby sister but at first he was pretty shy.
What a big brother he is.
Hannah was really excited too.  A fun fact about Hannah and Fayth is that their birthdays are 4 days apart, so they are 5 years and 4 days apart.

Here is the oldest and the youngest siblings.
This isn't really my first time holding her but I just thought I would throw it in. :)

Heather

She's Here!!

Fayth Jubilee has finally arrived and we are all in love with her!  She was born on April 3rd at 1:10 a.m., weighed 8 lbs 3 oz and is 20 1/2 inches long.

What a precious baby girl she is!

I had a hard time choosing just one picture of her little feet. :)
Look how tiny those fingers are!

For You formed my inward parts; You knit me together in my mother's womb.  I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; wonderful are Your works, and my soul know it very well.
Psalms 139:13-14

1st Snow of the Year

Back in January we got our first snow of the year.  It only snowed about 2-3 inches but that was still enough for some sledding so we were thankful for that.

It was also Elijah's first real snow that he has seen.  Last year it snowed a little bit but not enough to go outside and play in.  We made sure that he got to experience to snowflakes falling on him.

Once he got back inside he had a lot to say about the snow. :)

Then the next morning everyone got to go outside and play.

The first thing that Elijah figured out was that you could make a big snow ball and eat it.  So the whole time we were outside he always made sure that he had some ice to suck on, it was pretty funny.

While Elijah was collecting snowballs we were sledding!

We also tried out our snow boards, and I have to say that Bradley was the best at it.  I think it is because he is small and light. :)

Carter and I both enjoyed snow boarding down the hill a lot too though.

Carter and Hannah made a sled train by attaching sleds together with ropes.

I finally convinced Elijah that sledding would be fun, well I at least got him to sit on the sled but he still wasn't to sure about it.

But after a while he really started to like it.  His favorite part was having someone pull him around in the sled.

Well that concludes our first snow of the year.

Heather

Elijah's 2nd Birthday!

This post is pretty late since Elijah's birthday was the 26th of January but thankfully I finally got the time to do it.  I can't believe how fast 2 years have been, It feels like yesterday that Elijah was born and now he is all grown up and talking up a storm too.  Thankfully though we will have another little baby in the house very soon to cuddle on (mom is now 36 weeks along).

Elijah had the gift unwrapping all figured out from all of those presents at Christmas time!

This is the ABC book that I made for him through shutterfly.  You can see inside of it here

Elijah was really excited about this gift.  He is very into tools like screwdrivers and hammers right now.

 Happy 2nd Birthday!
The face that he made when we all started singing was so funny, he didn't know what to think of all of the attention.

I ended up putting two regular candles on the cake instead of one of those number candles this time.  Elijah got a hold of the number two candle the night before and thinking it would taste good he took a bite out of it! :)
He really liked the cake.  Sugar always makes him go a little crazy as you can see in the below pictures. :)

I hope you enjoyed this little recap on his Birthday.

Heather
